 Application:
QDJY  Automatic polymer dosing machine is an advanced dosing system, mainly used for the preparation and dosing of polymer solutions in water supply system, circulating water system and sludge dewatering system.
Performance features:
Mixing system: the machine is equipped with a mechanical power mixing system to increase the mixing effect. 
Control system: the machine use standard control (can reserve dry contact for remote PLC online use), all display and control function panel.The display shall include information such as the switching status of each system device.The polymer dissolution process should be completely automated without manual operation.The solution concentration and stirring time can be adjusted to increase the elasticity. 
Alarm system: shortage of polymer powder or water, overload of each power device can immediately alarm and automatic stop operation, operation panel and set emergency stop button to deal with emergency.
