Applications:
Sludge scraper is used for the scraping and elimination of sludge in the first sedimentation tank and secondary sedimentation tank of urban water plants and sewage treatment plants. The products ranges from DN18 to DN50 and can be used in sedimentation tanks with different sedimentation rates.
Structure:
Mainly consists: working bridge, central rotating support, scraper, guide tube, drive mechanism, slag discharge device.
Working principle:
When working, sewage is diffused by the central support and through the guide tube. The coarse particles in the mixed liquid form a sludge layer at the bottom of the pool after precipitation, the light weight floats on the liquid surface, and the working bridge is in the peripheral driving mechanism. Driven by the central support slowly rotating, the scraper is driven to scrape the sludge layer by layer from the pool to the center of the mud collecting hole, and the dross scraper will float on the liquid surface along the diversion drum. Throw into the slag hopper of the pool and drain out of the pool.
