The paramount objective of Q-STP is to meticulously eliminate contaminants such as Suspended Solids (SS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Oil & Grease, among others, from wastewater. This ensures the pristine discharge of water into the environment or its repurposing for non-drinking applications like irrigation and industrial operations. The Q-STP Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant is constructed from robust Q235 carbon steel or stainless steel, enveloped in three layers of protective epoxy resin to enhance its resistance to corrosion. Its versatile design allows placement either underground or on the ground, tailored to the specific site conditions. A concrete foundation and external piping from the septic tank to the STP's inlet are prerequisites on site. With a level gauge and sewage pump facilitating seamless operations, the outlet can seamlessly integrate with municipal sewage pipelines. The well-equipped equipment room houses all necessary pumps, instruments, and valves, ensuring the efficient monitoring of the STP's operations. The treated effluent is a valuable resource, capable of being stored in on-site water tanks for purposes like irrigation or cleaning, thus offering significant cost savings. Tailored to meet diverse requirements, Q-STP is available in various sizes to perfectly align with your specific needs.

The Q-STP features a modular design, offering unparalleled flexibility as it can be effortlessly expanded by combining units to accommodate increasing capacity demands. Encased within a corrosion-resistant steel container, approximately the dimensions of a standard 20 or 40-foot container, it boasts exceptional ease of relocation and installation in a wide array of locations.
