EVU-CONTAINERIZED MBBR UNIT
 
Integrated Container Hospital Effluent Treatment Plant
EVU-MBBR Containerized Module is available with a capacity of 50 to 1200 M3/day. The MBBR main system mainly used for municipal and domestic wastewater limited to loadings of less than 400 mg/l BOD. These units are economically designed for institutional applications. Multiple modules might be used in parallel for larger requirements.
 

EVU-CONTAINERIZED MBBR TECHNOLOGY

The EVU Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) technology is a proven biological wastewater treatment that utilizes near 100% attached growth biofilm which maintains a high concentration of biofilm within the structure of biomass carriers that are kept in motion in very low attrition surroundings inside a super aerated chamber.
The stable biofilm accelerates the breakdown of organics which reduces the wastewater retention time, increases tolerance to process upsets and allows a high nutrient reduction capability.
The MBBR technology also generates quick-settling colonies of sludge solids which results in a significant reduction in sludge volume.

EVU provides a capacity range starting from 125 and up to 500 m3/d (depending of the effluent requirements). This unit is the core treatment part of an integrated Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP).
