Description
For the treatment of various wastewater types, our advanced system, when supplemented with the right chemical agents, can remarkably eliminate 90%-95% of suspended solids, oils, and colloids. Additionally, it can reduce Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) by 30%-80%, contingent upon experimental determination. By incorporating decolorizing, phosphorus removal, and heavy metal capture agents, our process effectively eradicates color, phosphate ions, and heavy metal ions, ensuring superior water purification.

Working principle
Experience the innovation of a system that operates without the need for an air compressor. Utilizing the unique structure of the dissolved air pump, it manages a seamless water and air intake from the sides, where both mix via a high-speed rotating impeller. This creates saturated dissolved air water which enters the dissolving tank. Here, dissolved gases are expelled through the top exhaust valve, preventing large bubbles from entering the backend release area. The system then channels this water into the release zone, where decompression releases a multitude of tiny bubbles. During flotation, these microbubbles contact suspended floc and oil in the wastewater, forming larger floc particles. As these particles ascend with the bubbles to the surface, our efficient scum scraper moves back and forth, directing the scum to the sludge tank for disposal. Meanwhile, the purified water flows out through the baffle and overflow tank.
