QCAF series Cavitation Air Flotation Machine(CAF) is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment specially designed for removing grease, colloidal substances and solid suspended solids from industrial and municipal sewage. For different wastewater, by adding appropriate flocculant and coagulant aid, COD and BOD can be removed more than 30% to 80% in this pretreatment stage (the use of agents and removal efficiency need to be determined by experiments). The removal rate of oil and suspended matter is more than 80%-95%. Adding decolorizing agent and dephosphorizing agent can effectively remove chroma and phosphate ion.
QDAF air float adopts negative pressure suction, low energy consumption, low operating cost, 0.1KW-0.5KW/H water consumption, linear bending of impeller aperture, gas section diffusion, not easy to plug, high working efficiency, simple operation and maintenance.
Working principle
CAF is through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the negative pressure layer is generated in the aeration area, the air is transmitted to the impeller through the central pipe, with the high-speed rotation of the impeller released to the negative pressure layer and sewage mixing, the high-speed rotation of the impeller will repeatedly cut the bubbles into small bubbles. In the process of floating in the dissolved air tank, the small bubbles are mixed with the sewage that has been flocculated, and the large particles float to the surface of the water. The scum is pushed to the slag removal tank by the slag scraper and discharged to the sludge tank.
Application
Petrochemical, paint, leather, paper, slaughter, textile, printing and dyeing, dairy products, palm oil, soybean oil, machinery processing and other industries waste water. Can also be used as paper mill fiber recovery equipment, printing batik process section rosin recovery equipment.
